Understand current .Net environment and landscape.
Prepare process documentation and write design specifications with flow diagrams. Also, provide time estimates and help make decisions on skill/resources to accomplish project tasks.
Should be able to take on multiple tasks and establish good communication with the appropriate team members to get the information and help resolve issues.
Should be proactive and request help in advance, if needed.
Shall involve with knowledge transfer and learning new aspects of the .Net framework by being involve with a wide variety of development activities.
Must be flexible to support production issues and work on strategic projects, which requires cross-application knowledge and coordination.
Perform the work as prescribed by the .Net Work Request/Issues list.
Productive/accurate .Net programming and unit testing skills.
Basic proficiency with relevant .Net technical utilities.
Will provide ongoing .Net support to development, testing and implementation efforts.
Maintain .Net procedures and technical documentation.
Reporting: Develop custom .Net reports with business analyst for end-users.
Practice complete software development life cycle methodology.
Must be knowledgeable in:
Microsoft ASP.Net 2.0 and the .Net Framework 2.0 and ADO.Net.
Microsoft development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2005, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2005 and Microsoft Visual Source Safe 2005.
Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
ANSI SQL.
Relational database design.
Should have good written and oral communication skills.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

· Good problem solving skills

· Demonstrates initiative

· Minimum of five (full) year’s Microsoft Visual C# development experience.

· Minimum of 3 (full) year’s ASP.Net

· Minimum of 3 (full) year’s Object Oriented programming experience.

· Should have a strong ADO.Net background.

· Experience working with .NET User Controls and Web Services a must.

· Good understanding of the Service Oriented Architecture.

· Should have good oral and written communication skills.

· Should have an IS background or education.

Must have demonstrated the execution of an IT development or project life cycle methodology
