Quality Assurance Engineer

Knowledge:
1. In-depth understanding of J2EE Architecture
2. Have a strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages, such as VisualBasic .NET, C++ .NET, C# and device embedded languages such as C and Assembly
3. Complete understanding of Agile and Traditional SDLC
Skills and Abilities:
1. Must possess excellent organization, clear verbal and written communication skills
2. Must be team-oriented with people skills and positive can-do attitude in dealing with a large number of customers, and competing tasks from various departments (R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory, Clinical, etc.)
3. Must have an advanced understanding of embedded software and firmware test strategies, preferably on medical devices
4. Self-motivated and willing to explore to come up with new ways of testing, finding and reporting defects and provide guidance to R&D to resolve the issues
5. Able to follow directions and pay attention to detail when testing and recording data, as well as impeccable laboratory notebook entries
6. Sold understanding of relational databases and SQL Server
