Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or other areas
Minimum 4 years experiences in provision of training, e-learning, consulting and implementation services to external clients
Work Experience in implementation, support and training in e-learning systems
Good knowledge of instructional design, web-based and instructor led training materials
Good understanding of documentation processes and procedures in large corporate
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Articulate, and other publishing and learning tools
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong team and resource management skills and possess strong business acumen
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Job responsibilities:
Provide consultation, training, and technical implementation to clients and partners
Render project execution from inception to completion
Ensure services delivery, quality services and risk management following established methodology
Deliver implementation services for multiple projects at one time
Provide pre-sale support to customers and partners
Provide consultation and services for customers and partners following their time zones
Willing to travel to provide consultation and services if necessary
