Senior Technical Support for Microsoft Technologies (Home-Based)

Full Time Senior Technical Support
Skill(s) / Requirements:
* 3+ years providing end-user technical customer support to a USA software provider, to their USA customers * 3+ years programming experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, .net, SQL server), CSS and HTML (note – we have zero use open source software like PHP etc) * Evidence of project management skills to keep track of multiple customer issues from problem through to solution * Proven ability to work as a liaison between the development team and the end customer. * Excellent, A1 written English and evidence of creating simple diagrams * Not required, but design and web design skills will be an advantage (ie Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash) * Very good spoken and writen EnglishResponsibility :
