• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent knowledge of networking technology (Switching, Routing, VPN, VoIP, firewall) including cabling (Fast/Gigabit/10G Ethernet standard structured cabling, Fiber technology)
• 1+ years of Sales and Systems Engineering experience selling and deploying networking systems infrastructure
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience of various networking products
• Experience developing service related documentation and detailed action plans required to resolve simple to complex technical issues
• Ability to learn new technologies in a fast paced environment and willingness to work in a startup
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and experience developing customer facing technical documentation using Microsoft Office Application Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Visio
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer/partner projects

• Acquired network related certification is a PLUS
