The Technical Writer will be responsible for producing online technical documentation about health insurance from web research results.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication
With at least 2 years experience in technical writing, web content writing, science communication or health communication
Proficient in the Windows environment and the use of word processing tools
Skilled in Internet research and filtering of relevant, unique and interesting information from web research results
Experienced in combining researched information to produce online technical documentation according to required standards and guidelines
Skilled in identifying facts vs. opinions, and making sure that all information are accurate
Flexibility to work within a cross-cultural team
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Interested applicants may submit at most 2 sample technical write-ups or documentation for reference, consisting of 1-3 pages each.
