4-8 years of relevant business analysis experience in information technology department
·Has exposure to any of the following process and related technological areas:
o Financial Management systems
o Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
o Supply Chain Management (Planning & Execution) Systems
1. Advanced Planning (CPFR) Systems
2. Network Modeling Systems
3. DC Management Systems
4. Transport management Systems
o Customer Relationship Management
o Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Systems
o Finance
·Demonstrates a degree of flexibility in resolving problems/ issues that attests to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards within the relevant field of specialization
·Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
·Self-sufficient, capable of identify key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction.
·Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken.
·Well-developed, advanced knowledge and skills in monitoring the workflow of segments of larger projects.
·Supports practice development initiatives, assisting business development team with writing proposals.
·Ability to develop strong personal relationships with all levels of Business Units
·Able to advocate for solutions and build consensus
